BNZ bank had a major outage over the weekend.
Most of their customers, if not all had no access to their bank accounts at all on Saturday for roughly 3 hours. This is a major incident to have happened and has left some of their customers seeking compensation.
BNZ has advised their customers if they are unhappy with Saturdays incident, to contact them directly via their call centre, or go into your local branch.
